Data collected
Isoko may collect profile data, profile photos, store branding, products/services, orders, payments, messages, event registrations, B2B meeting requests, leads, sponsorships, licenses, uploads, device/browser data and process flow logs.
Business intelligence and process flows
Administrators may see dashboards, entity/user business intelligence, process flows, approximate time spent between actions, dates of operations, audit logs and usage analytics to operate, secure and improve the platform.
Sharing
Only necessary information may be shared with vendors, buyers, delivery/payment providers, sponsors, partners or organizations to complete the relevant transaction, service, event or opportunity.
Security
Isoko uses access controls, CSRF protection, secure sessions, protected folders, upload validation, audit logs and monitoring. Users must also protect passwords and report suspicious activity.
