Customers and bulk buyers

Search products, contact vendors, place orders and follow delivery.

Search by product, city, category or price.
Open the product page and check price, unit, stock, vendor and location.
Use Chat with seller for questions, negotiation or delivery confirmation.
Add items to cart, choose delivery method and payment method, then confirm the order.
Keep payment proof until the order is completed and report problems from the platform.

Sellers, producers, shops and wholesalers

Publish reliable products, respond to clients and manage orders professionally.

Create your vendor account and shop profile with name, city and delivery zones.
Add clear product photos, accurate descriptions, real stock, unit and price.
Wait for admin approval before the product becomes public.
Respond quickly to messages and buy requests to improve trust and sales.
Confirm availability before accepting orders and update status after preparation or delivery.

Platform owner, support and operations team

Control users, vendors, products, orders, payments, disputes and safety.

Review new vendors, verify trusted sellers and suspend risky accounts when necessary.
Approve or reject products according to quality, safety, price and photo rules.
Monitor orders, payment statuses, disputes, reports and audit logs daily.
Use searchable and exportable tables to follow business performance.
Keep install.php and check.php deleted on production and backup files/database regularly.

Avoid scams, keep proof and trade safely on the platform.

Vendors and platform team

Understand commissions, visibility options and payouts.

The platform can apply a commission on confirmed sales according to the commission policy.
Vendors may later buy sponsored visibility, premium shop placement or support services.
Payouts must be based on confirmed orders, payment status and dispute status.
Manual payment proofs should be reviewed before marking an order as paid.
Admin exports should be used for finance reconciliation and vendor settlement.
