Vendor / Exhibitor Terms

Vendor and exhibitor profile
Vendors/exhibitors may create products, services, stores, booths and offers. Customization is personal to the relevant vendor/exhibitor and must not affect other users or Isoko's global brand settings.
Accuracy and quality
Descriptions, prices, stock, photos, logos, colors, delivery zones and claims must be accurate and lawful. Vendors remain responsible for product/service quality, fulfillment and customer communication unless a separate agreement says otherwise.
Fees, commissions and visibility
The vendor accepts applicable commissions, premium plans, advertising fees, event booth fees, sponsorship charges, license fees or service fees shown on the platform or agreed separately.
Sanctions
Isoko may warn, suspend, hide, archive or remove vendor content or accounts for fraud, repeated complaints, unsafe offers, unpaid fees, misleading branding or violation of terms.
